Once our shipment arrives in your area, you'll receive a call from us to schedule a delivery date and time. On the day of your delivery, our professional team will set up your mattress, remove all trash, and remove your old mattress.
You'll receive a call from us the day before and the day of delivery to confirm your 4-hour delivery window.
Our dispatcher will let you know and keep you up to date with information. You'll have the option to reschedule the delivery for another day at no cost to you if it is outside of the delivery window initially set.
If you end up not being home during the 4-hour window you initially set up, you will need to reschedule the delivery with a new delivery fee added.
On delivery day, please make sure there is a clear pathway to the desired bedroom location. Also, measure ahead of time and make sure the product you ordered will fit through all doors, rooms, and hallways to make the delivery. Additionally, if a mattress is already in the location, please remove all sheets and pillows from your old mattress so our team can simply remove the mattress. Our delivery team is not responsible to re-organize your whole bedroom.
Please note all damage on delivery and on our White Glove team's delivery ticket. You can refuse the merchandise for a full refund or an exchange of a new mattress delivered to you. Contact us directly and we will help you make arrangements to exchange it as soon as possible.
